IN LIVING ROOM – EVENING -संध्याकाळी लिविंग रूम मध्ये
A couple, ANJALI and RAJESH, are sitting on the couch in their living room, enjoying a cup of tea, dicussing Diwali shopping.
घरात सोफ्यावर बसून निवांत चहा घेत अंजली आणि राजेश दरम्यान दिवाळी निम्मीत खरेदी चा संवाद
- ANJALI: You know, Diwali is coming soon, and we were thinking about maybe buying some new things for the house. अंजली– पाहिलेस , दिवाळी जवळ आलीय, आपण त्या निमित्ताने घरा करता काही नवीन वस्तू खरेदी करायला हव्यात
- RAJESH: (Nodding) Yeah, that’s a good idea. What things are you thinking of?राजेश- हो, छान कल्पना,कुठल्या वस्तुंचा तू विचार करतेय?
- ANJALI: (Pointing to the TV) Well, for one thing, our TV is not working so well. The picture is not clear, and the sound is not very loud.अंजली– tv कडे बोट दर्शवित-एक ही, आपला tv आता चांगला चालत नाही,चित्र स्पष्ट नसतात, आवाज खूप कमी असतो, वाढत नाही.
- RAJESH: (Agreeing) Yeah, I know. We’ve had that TV for a long time now राजेश-होकार दर्शवित-हो,मला माहित आहे आपला हा tv खूप जुन्या काळा पासून आहे.
- ANJALI: (Pointing to the refrigerator) And then there’s the fridge. It makes strange noises, and I worry that it might break down soon.
- अंजली- फ्रीज कडे बोट दाखवत.आणि रेफ्रिजरेटर ही, त्याचाजोरात आवाज ययेतो, मला भीती वाटते तो कदाचित अजून खराब होईल.
- RAJESH: (Chuckling) Yeah, I kn – राजेश -हो? माहीत आहे.
- ANJALI. I’ve been putting off buying a new fridge for a while now. अंजली-काही वेळेपासून मी नाविन फ्रीज घयायचा विचार करतेय.
- ANJALI: (Pointing to the sink) And finally, I would really like a new dishwasher. I hate washing dishes by hand. अंजली– सिंक कडे पाहत आणि शेवटच् एक भांडे धुण्यासाठी एक मशीन डिश वॉशर घ्यावे हाताने भांडी धुण्याचा आता वैताग आलाय
- RAJESH: (Smiling) I understand. I hate washing dishes too.राजेश-मला समजत ,मला ही भांडी धुण्याचा कंटाळा येतो
- ANJALI: (Excitedly) So, do you think we should start looking for some new appliances? – अंजली- आनंदाने-मग आपण नवीन वस्तू पाहण्यासाठी सुरवात करूयात का?
- RAJESH: (Nodding) Yeah, I think that’s a great idea. We’ve been working hard all year, and we deserve to treat ourselves to something nice.
- राजेश-हो, उत्तम कल्पना,,आपण इतकं कष्ट करतोय वर्षानुवर्षे , आपल्या करता काही वस्तू आपण नक्कीच घेतल्या पाहिजेत
- ANJALI: (Happily) Yes! And with all the Diwali sales going on, I’m sure we can find some great deals.
- अंजली-हो, आणि आता दिवाळी चा सेल्स ही सुरू आहेत, मला वाटत आपल्याला नक्कीच काही चांगल्या डीलस मिळतील
- RAJESH: (Smiling) You find the new things, and I’ll handle the money.
- राजेश-तू नवीन वस्तू च बघ मी पैशयांच पाहतो
- ANJALI: (Hugging him) Thank you, honey! I knew I could count on you.
- अंजली-थँक्स हनि, मला माहित होतं तू नक्कीच हो म्हणशील
- RAJESH: (Hugging her back) Anytime, my love. राजेश – नक्कीच प्रिये.
